A Culture of Wilderness
Sepp Holzer is an agroecologist and naturalist who achieves astonishing results in agricultural processes with his system of “Holzer’s permaculture”.
Learning and reconstructing natural processes within an ecosystem is a central aspect of his practice. Against all prognoses and doctrines, the “agrarian rebel” Sepp Holzer proves that his planting and growing methods, which are in harmony with nature, make new areas of vegetation possible, allowing even plants which require warmth, such as kiwis or apricots, to flourish at altitudes above 1000 metres. Today, his seminars are booked out all over the world. His projects have been implemented in the USA, in CIS states and in Australia
