KUNST HAUS WIEN is starting a comprehensive modernisation process and will close on 31.05.2023 until the beginning of 2024. More information on the outdoor exhibition CLOSE/D and the hydrothermal refurbishment can be found here.
Annual tickets already purchased will be extended for the duration of the closure period.

Guided Tours
In addition to classic overview tours of the Museum Hundertwasser and the current temporary exhibition, KUNST HAUS WIEN also offers special tours with different thematic focuses such as ecology tours or architecture tours. Furthermore, the guided tours can be supplemented interactively with a workshop or photo walks.

SHOP
Exquisite Hundertwasser souvenirs, high-quality art prints, posters, scarves and a wide range of gifts related to the artist Hundertwasser are available in the museum shop. Publications and catalogues on the current exhibitions complete the wide range.
Café & Restaurant
Inside and outside, the museum café is simply inimitable Hundertwasser: black and white cubes, colourful playfulness and lush greenery. With its culinary offerings, the paradisiacal café invites you to relax and dream - treat yourself to an enjoyable art break! Let the evening fade away in the café even after the museum closes until 19:00.

Wardrobe
We kindly ask you to leave backpacks, suitcases, large bags or umbrellas at our cloakroom. The cloakroom is free of charge for visitors.
PHOTOGRAPHING
Photography and filming for private purposes is permitted in KUNST HAUS WIEN. An exception is made in the exhibition rooms of Museum Hundertwasser. The use of flashes, tripods and selfie sticks is not permitted.
Written permission is required for editorial photography or filming. Please contact our press department.
BARRIER-FREE ACCESS
Barrier-free access to the museum is guaranteed via the ground-level side entrance of KUNST HAUS WIEN (to the left of the main entrance). Please use the bell there and our team will be happy to help you afterwards. Read More
