Friedlich is a café in the museum whose culinary offerings reflect the ecological and sustainable values of Friedensreich Hundertwasser: It uses high-quality food that is as regional and seasonal as possible. The area around the Hundertwasser House is to be gastronomically revitalised with a diverse range of dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. The tenants, Daniel Karl and Julia Häußler, are taking up Hundertwasser's cause with a sustainable and local restaurant concept.
