Based on their concept of New Media Arte Povera (nMAP), which they have been pursuing since 2008 and which abuses turbo-capitalism as input, STR has expanded its range of action with Pixel Land Art. After 20 years of cultural productivity abroad and exploring and living in cyberspace (STR has been online since 1991), the artists bring their project to an urban setting, which thereby becomes the venue for their audiovisual art.
